Capsule information, including project details, private invitation information, and the video, photos, messages, or other media that organisers and contributors choose to add.

To create, operate, and improve Capsules, invitations, contributions, and related Storyloom services.
To communicate about your account, Capsule, requests, checkout, or support needs.
To protect the service, address misuse, and understand how Storyloom is working so we can improve it.

When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when it is needed to provide Storyloom or when required for a valid reason.

With service providers that help us run Storyloom and deliver the services you request, only as needed for their work.
When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect the safety or rights of people, or investigate misuse of the service.
Within a private Capsule experience: organisers can review contributions to their Capsule, and invited people may see information shared as part of the Capsule experience. Contributors should share only media they are comfortable providing for that purpose.

We use reasonable measures designed to protect the information we handle. No online service can promise absolute security, so please use care when choosing what to include in a Capsule.

Capsules are built for invited participation, not for a public social feed.
Only upload media you have the right to share, and consider the people who appear in it.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable requirements. You can also opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe option in those messages.

For a specific Capsule contribution, contact the organiser first when that is the quickest way to resolve a request.
